Saffron introduction

Saffron is the most valuable plant species in the world, because each kilogram of this product is about 170,000 saffron flowers.

Saffron plant structure

Saffron is a small, multi-annual plant with an approximate height of 10 to 20 centimetres, with narrow, long leaves that have been ejected from the middle of the corm.
